Milingimbi Refurbishments of 3x Staff Houses

In early May, we completed refurbishments to 3 staff houses in the Milingimbi community for the East Arnhem Regional Council.

This project involved replacing flooring, rotten timber, bathroom walls, ceilings and fascia, Installing new windows and doors with added security screens, Internal painting, sanding and varnishing, Bathroom waterproofing and tiling and asbestos removals.

Refurbishment jobs such as this one, ensures that the houses are safe and adds security and comfort for years to come. This in turn supports the community as it allows for staff and workers to have a safe and secure accommodation when completing works within the community.
